Official Ritual is NYC's dedicated sound meditation space featuring daily drop-in sound meditations, weekend workshops, and special wellness events. We are a magical sanctuary located in an 18th century house in Chelsea. Our studio fosters community through shared wellbeing experiences, with daily sessions created to reset your nervous system + heal your soul. Your day pass includes 5.5 hours to enjoy working remotely from our space with unlimited tea throughout the day followed by a 50-minute sound meditation beginning at 4pm. A casual + curated tea experience is paired post Ritual for a well-rounded reset, helping you to ground before heading back to your day.
