Your day pass includes: Tea & coffee on arrival to ease into your morning  A 1.5 hour forest experience starting at 10am which includes a guided forest bathing meditation and nature walk. Forest bathing is a wellness & grounding practice rooted in the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, which is often translated as “forest bathing.” This bath with the absence of water, simply refers to immersing oneself in the tranquility of the forest. Forest bathing offers deeply therapeutic benefits for lowering stress while boosting relaxation and stimulating creativity while producing a compelling sense of calmness. The forest experience is lead by Naniki's founder Tom Hinds, a Barbadian son of the soil who has preserved its eco-diversity for over 30 year  5.5 hours remaining after the forest experience to work remotely from one of Naniki's breezy and comfortable covered venues on our property with Wi-Fi, tables and seating.  Water, coffee, tea.
